Buttonwood Hollow Farm is a diversified farm offering real maple syrup and pasture-raised meats.
Our farm and homestead is located just outside the small town of Chatham in upstate New York. We manage about 140 acres of fields, pasture, and forest. We are striving to build a vibrant regenerative farm system, a resilient and flourishing ecology of wild and cultivated spaces, and to produce out of that highly nutrient-dense food. We produce pastured pork, poultry, and beef, fresh vegetables, cut flowers, real maple syrup, fruits, hay, and firewood, all on our land by two farmers, three children, and help from friends. We are committed to being attentive and loving stewards of our tiny corner of earth.
